While this announcement probably doesn’t come as a surprise, you likely have questions about what this means for you.

First and foremost, GlueX 2020 is sure to be the best virtual event you’ve ever attended. We've partnered with a first-class virtual event platform to offer you an extraordinarily engaging and valuable experience that you can continue benefiting from long after the event is over. We have our strongest speaker line-up to date, and this year’s virtual format allows us to take our content to a whole new level of engagement with attendees.

We know that some of the biggest attractions of an in-person conference are networking, vendor time, and entertainment, and we're happy to say that the virtual version of GlueX is designed to deliver on all of these fronts.

Transfer your in-person ticket to 2021,
 and receive a free 2020 virtual ticket.  
(*back in Phoenix, Sept 12-14, 2021)

Replace your in-person 2020 ticket with a virtual ticket ($99) and get a refund on the difference. 

For those who currently have in-person tickets to GlueX 2020, we have a couple options for you to choose from.


A member of our GlueCrew will confirm 
your ticket change request within 48 hours 

Trade-in your in-person ticket for 
multiple virtual tickets for the same value.


If you’ve booked a hotel room at the Westin Kierland for September this year, you will likely want to cancel your reservation. You can do so online by clicking on Manage Existing Reservation on the Westin’s website. You can also contact the hotel directly at 1-800-354-5892 to change your reservation.
